Baek Kimchi

Our white kimchi is fully vegan and gluten-free and has a unique combination of fizzy, fruity and tart flavors. Unlike its distant cousin, napa kimchi, white kimchi is not spicy.

It is made from fresh napa cabbage, radish, carrots, onion springs, jujube, pine nuts and pear immersed in our delicious fruity brine. You can also drink the juice! White kimchi is usually eaten during the summer days to beat off the heat with cold white kimchi. You won’t know it till you try it.
